As a Japanese speaking wedding celebrant or officiant, I officiate at bi-lingual wedding ceremonies mainly in Montville, Maleny and throughout the Sunshine Coast. As there is a shortage of Japanese speaking celebrants in Australia, I am willing to travel throughout Australia for weddings where a Japanese speaking celebrant is required. My travel expenses will need to be covered.

I am not a translator, but have presented many formal speeches in Japanese as well as wedding ceremonies in both English and Japanese. I have the legal sections of the marriage ceremony translated. I will write your ceremony and then you will need to translate the elements you wish to have presented in Japanese. You may write this in Romaji or Hiragana (preferred), kanji only if your text is word-processed.

Complete a Notice of Intended Marriage at least one month and one day prior to your wedding date.
Have original copies of your birth certificate, showing the date and place of your birth available for me to sight before I officiate at your marriage ceremony.
